Looking at the records for Haslingden and surrounding areas, there are an awful lot of marriages for AINSWORTH and varints on the spelling of HARWORTH, so cannot be certain where any of the children belong. And again there are too many children with the name SUMNER with the mother AINSWORTH to decide which ones are the children of the couple above.
