    John Julian ALLPRESS of Saint Ives in the County of Huntingdonshire Gentleman maketh Oath and  saith that he did see Robert Whetham ALLPRESS of Saint Ives aforesaid Gentleman one of the  Attornies of his Majusty's Court of King's Bench at Westminster and Thomas Whetham ALLPRESS of  Saint Ives aforesaid Gentleman son of the said Robert Whetham ALLPRESS severally sign seal and as  their several acts and deeds is due form of Law deliver certain Articles of Agreement indented  bearing date the thirty first day of October last past and made between the said Robert Whetham  ALLPRESS of the one part and the said Thomas Whetham ALLPRESS of the other part whereby it was  agreed that the said Thomas Whetham ALLPRESS shoulde well and truly serve the said Robert Whetham ALLPRESS as his Clerk in the Business Profession and Practice of an Attorney of his Majesty's  Court of King's Bench at Westminster and Solicitor in Chancery for and during the term of five  years commencing from the day of the date of the said in part recited Articles of Clerkship and  that the same Articles of Agreement or Clerkship were duly executed by them the said Parties on the same date and year on which they bear date and this Deponent further saith that the names Robert Whetham ALLPRESS and Thomas Whetham ALLPRESS set and subscribed opposite to the several  seals affixed to the said in part recited Articles of Clerkship are of the several and respective handwritings of the said Robert Whetham ALLPRESS and Thomas Whetham ALLPRESS and that the mame Martha Julian thereto set and subscribed as one of the subscribed Witnesses to the Execution of the said Articles of Clerkship is the proper Handwriting of her the said Martha Julian and that the other name John Julian ALLPRESS - thereto set and subscribed as the other subscribing Witness to the Execution therefor is the proper handwriting of him this Deponent.

    Thomas Whetham ALLPRESS of No 30 Wilmington Square in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh oath and saith that the stamp duty of one hundred and twenty pounds was paid in respect of certain articles of clerkship bearing date the thirty first day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty five and made between Robert Whetham ALLPRESS of Saint Ives in the county of Huntingdon gentleman one the attornies of Her Majesty's Court of Queens Bench of Westminster of the one part and this deponent of the other part as appears by the stamp impressed thereon and that the said articles were duly executed by the respective parties thereto on the day of the date thereof and were duly registered on the thirteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirty five as appears by the certificate of the proper officer endorded thereon

  3. 1841 Census - Birley Hall, St Ives, Huntingdonshire. I think this is the correct person he was with his brother John, but not with their parents, they were both 20 but Thomas is down as a Solicitor which is what his father appears as on this Census, hence my reasoning that this is the correct person.

    Appeared Personally, Arthur Fenning MILLET of the Parish of Saint Pancras, in the county of Middlesex, Bachelor, a Minor of the age of Twenty years and upwards but under the age of Twenty one years and prayed a Licence for the Solemnization of Matrimony in the Parish Church of Saint Pancras aforesaid between him and Mary Anna Louisa LANE of the same Parish Spinster, a Minor of the age of Twenty years and upwards but under the age of Twenty one years and made Oath that he believeth that there is no Impediment of Kindred or Alliance, or of any other lawful cause, nor any Suit commented in any Ecclesiastical Court to bar or hinder the Proceeding of the said Matrimony, accoring to the tenor of such licence. And he further made oath, that he the said Appeaser has had his usual Place of abode within the said Parish of Saint Panras, for the space of Fifteen days last pats. And he lastly made Oath that the Consent of Mary Anne ALLPRESS, widow, the Tesamentary Guardian appointed in an by the last Willand Testament of Honey MILLETT deceased whilst living his natural and lawful Father hath been obtained to the said instended Marriage and that the Consent of George Henry LANE the natural and lawful Father of the said Mary Anna Louisa LANE the Minor aforesiad hath bee obtained to the said intended Marriage.
