  1. Appears in register as ASPLIN, signed as ASPINALL. Witness was Thomas ASPINALL
  2. No proof that this William belongs here
  3. Probably witnessed marriage of Ann LANE to Wm IBBOTT on 15th January 1795.
  4. In November 1776, a Sarah STOAKLEY surrended a messuage to him in Somersham. In December 1783, after his death, his wife Ann, mortgaged the property (of 3a. 3r. 31p) in the Lawns, Somersham to William MARGETTS, gentleman of Hemingford Grey to secure the sum of £62. On the 10th February 1800 Ann ASPINALL surrendered the property to Randall CLARK, cordwainer of St. Ives.
  5. Was able to write as he signed the register at the marriage of his daughter Sarah.
  6. will signed 5th February 1783, Will proved 14th February 1783. All property left to his wife.
