LINDSEY, aged 21 born Greenwich, Kent with Thomas, Caroline and children. 1861 Census - Dorking Surrey (the next property is called Furlongs, but no name of houses or streets given) Kitty and Thomas are down as daughter-in-law and son-in-law respectively on the 1861 Census. It is a job to decide what is correct and many of the children were registered as OVERTON (with an "O" for TON nor a "U". To avoid having to put OVERTU(O)N everytime I have used the name I have kept to the spelling OVERTUN but this could be incorrect.
