    On the 1911 census Margaret is shown as having been married 2 years and having had 2 children both still living. However, originally it had shown 2 children, 1 living and 1 had died, but the 1 had been crossed through and 2 inserted. Thaddeus was shown as being under 1 month old but his birth was in 1910, and then a death was found for him in the same quarter as his birth. Therefore, there was only 1 child still living.
    1939 117 ????, Christchurch, Hampshire. She was with a William J SPENCER born 20th January 1870 a Widow an Ironing and Electrical Traveller, No husband with her. She appears to have married again to a SIMPSON as the BOSTON has been crossed through and SIMPSON put above it. The date of birth ties up with what we had for her.
