(On this census there is a Clara aged 11 born in Belshaw, Kent (see note 6) Hephzibah is down as being 9 and born in Shipborne which is where she is down as being born in 1881.Hephzibah would have been born in 1882 but she appears on the 1881 Census whereas Clara does not and Clara is down as being born in Belsham, Kent.
