    1900 US Census -Lafayette, McKean, Pennsylvania, USA. There was a John A CANNON born March 1894 (this could be 1899)  aged 6 a Grandson born Pennsylvania and John A CARSON, father-in-law born November 1819 aged 80 in Pennsylvania with the family Thomas (down as Tom) is down as divorced on this Census.
    1910 US Census - Memphis Ward 13, Shelby, Tennessee, USA. Thomas and Stella were lodgers at this address with a J William CHAMBERS, his wife and his mother.

    I do not think that Thomas had any of his own children, but he appears to have been married twice and possibly adopted a niece of his wife Stella's, I have therefore put a chart on for him.
    Obituary 
    Date: 8 Jan 1952 
    The Bradford Era, Bradford Pennsylvania 8 Jan 1952, Thomas Alfred Cannon, 83 a long-time resident of Lewis Run died at Bradford Hospital at 4:30 am yesterday after an illness of the past year. He had been in critical condition since Monday morning.
    He was born Aug 3, 1868, at Petroleum Center, PA and came to Lewis Run as a boy with his parents, the Late Mr. and Mrs John Cannon.
    He had been engaged in the oil business and was a conductor on the Illinois Central Railroad prior to entering the grocery store and filling station business. After 33 years in the latter business, he retired in 1945. 
    He married Stella Foster, daughter of the late Mr and Mrs William A Foster of Lewis Run on April 16, 1902.
    Surviving him are his wife; one daughter, Mrs Galen Smith, Lewis Run; two brothers Charles and Albert Cannon , Browntown; one sister Mrs. Victoria Headstrom, Lewis Run, and two grandchildren, Gail Ann and Shelly Smith, also of Lewis Run.
    Funeral services will be held at the home at 1:30 pm Thursday with the Rev. Keith Perry, pastor of the Lewis Run Evangelical United Brethren Church, officiation. Burial will be in the McKean Memorial Park.
    The Koch-Chatley Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

    Funeral services for Thomas Alfred Cannon of Lewis Run were held from the home at 1:30 pm Thursday. The Rev. Keith Perry, pastor of the Degolia Evangelical United Brethren Church, officiated. Burial was in the McKean Memorial Park.
    Pallbearers were Francis Foster, Harry Cannon, Robert Cannon, David Cannon, William Martin, Ira McDonald (should have been McDonell).
