    He was born in Provo November 30 1888, the son of Franklin Richard CARTER and Christina Mc Daniel CARTER He married Alice DUKE on April 14 1909 at Provo.
    Mr CARTER had been a farmer and chicken raiser all of his life. He served as deputy sheriff and as deputy game warden during his younger life. A sportsman he had hobbies of hunting and fishing.

    Alice D. CARTER was born 27 Sep 1890. She married Claud CARTER 14 April 1909. They raised four sons and one daughter. She lived for sixty years in Southwest Provo.

    Zelda on Western Marriages is down as Mrs Zelda MYRUP, so she had been married before.
    There is a US City Directory of 1953 that shows that Zelda's first husband was a Richard C MYRUP.
    Richard C MYRUP was born in 1926 in Utah, USA and on the 1940 Census he was living in Provo, Utah, USA with his parents Leon and Elizabeth.
    It appears that Richard C MYRUP was born on 3rd December 1925 and died 8th December 2002 and was buried at the American Fork Cemetery, Utah, USA
    Trying to find the maiden name of Zelda but I have still had not luck, but now found on an Ancestry World Tree as Clayton. There was at least one child
