Thomas died 14.5.1754 Mary b. 1694 died 20.10.177 1815 Will of STEPHEN CULVER (only part at present) This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen CULVER of Ramsgate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Tailor and Draper being of sound and disposing mind and I knowing first I give and devise unto my beloved wife Jane CULVER and her ??? for and during the term of her natural life if she shall continue by Widow All that my ??? ??? with the Shop Outhouses Buildings Garden Grounds ??? and ??? there run to belonging situate in High Street, in Ramsgate aforesaid and now in my own occupation and ??? lately purchased of and from from John Stroud of Ramsgate aforesaid Carpenter together with all other my ??? and Lands thereunto and ??? to and part and share of ??? ??? ??? ??? ???? and ???
