  5. After 1853 I have found at present no further information for this family, it appears that Henry died on the voyage to Australia and the information on this chart is just taken from the information sent to me after marriage in 1853. (I have now found a baptism for a child I had as daughter, ie Alice Ann on Chart above, this shows that the family were still in Hackney in March 1854, so Henry could not have died at sea in 1853. If indeed they had two more children as shown, this, I would think would mean that Alice was the eldest child, Henry was born next so must have been at least October 1854 and if father died at sea must have been born before they left and the final child I suspect Mary was expecting and was not named and was born and buried at sea must have been around 1855 not 1853 as charts sent to me suggest.) Have now found even more information, Alice Ann died at sea aged 22 on board the "Constance" and her death was registered in Adelaide, Australia as being 7th October 1855 so confirmation my thought about the date of the sailing, I have now altered chart accordingly, and have also found death for Henry on same voyage.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
