We were given a birth date of 28th December 1860 for a Thomas Terry DANTON son of Thomas Lindridge DANTON and Theodosia MOSS.
However, there is no 1859/1861 birth registered and there is no Thomas DANTON born 1860 on the 1861 census. There is a December quarter 1861 Thomas death, no age given at this time, but if this was the death of the children born 28 December 1860 where was his birth and 1861 census entries? There is a Thomas T DANTON on the 1871 census as a three year old son of Thomas and Theodosia so born about 1868 and there is a birth registered in this year. At present we are therefore assuming that Thomas and Theodosia had just the one Thomas Terry DANTON son born 1868
    Comment JKW 24/12/2013
Today I found the baptism of Thomas Terry DANTON and the date was the 28th December 1880 which perhaps goes some way to explaining the information we were sent.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
