The Will with five Codicils of William Downing late of 58 Queen-Elizabeth-street Horsleydown in the County of Surrey who died 4 March 1876 at 58 Queen-Elizabeth-street was proved at the Principal Registry by Benjamin Adams of 66 Canton-street East-India-road Poplar in the said County an William George Downing of 18 Alexandra-villas Eltham-road Lee in the County Kent Barge Owner and Daniel Downing of Brownlow-road Downshire-square Reading in the County of Berks the Sons the Executors.     I have put this chart on as it takes us back another generation but at present all the information on it except that for Note 8 has been taken from other family trees on Ancestry.com and is not my own work.
