    Note
    When my sister sent me further information for Teddy FISHER I looked further and found he apparently died at Six Bells Colliery and I had a feint recollection of a disaster at this mine and when I looked it up I found it was in 1960 when 45 miners were killed.
    Our Teddy appears to have died 7 years before this event.
