  1. 1871 Census - 64 South Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire. The second names all being unusual ones and difficult to read, will have to find on BMD as some stage.
    1881 South Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
1891 Census - 2 Market Place, Ilkeston, Derbyshire. With the family was a Dorothy WELLS, a widow, aged 87 born Higham, Leicestershire. She is down as Mother-in-Law. I am sure it would be the mother of Lucy, so have added this as her maiden name until we can prove otherwise.
Although I have found a definite marriage on the BMD, ie George Pilling FROST, I cannot find on the 1901 Census.
Have now found that George Pilling FROST applied for US Naturalisation on 9th November 1897 in King's County, New York USA.
1897 102 North Henry Street, Brooklyn, New York, USA. (his application in 1897 on looking on page 2 of the application has denied)
1900 US Census Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey(1900; Census Place: Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey; Roll: T623_983 Page: 27B; Enumeration District: 89.) - Have now found George on this Census, and therefore allows me to see which of the two females he married on the BMD especially as the brother of Florence, Alfred BEAUMONT aged 24 born February 1874 in England and down as Brother-in-Law and a Piano Tuner  is with them. They also have a son Albert aged 5 born Jersey, USA.
1910 US Census - Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey.1910; Census Place: Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey; Roll: T624_897; Page: 1A; Enumeration District: 81; Image: 400. With them on this census is George W BEAUMONT, aged 34 born in England, a Piano Tuner, brother-in-law, Charles H BEAUMONT, aged 29 born in England, a Piano Tuner, brother-in-law and Hilda BEAUMONT aged 27 born in England, a Music Teacher, sister-in-law.
1920 US Census - Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey
1930 US Census - Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey. Charles H BEAUMONT, brother in law, aged 50 Piano Tuner, was with George and Florence.
  2. 1891 Census - 64 Buth Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Certain this is correct Florence and other children mentioned in the US, ie Alfred, Charles and Hilda are part of the family. Father Harry 49 a Gold Jeweller born Ollerton, Nottinghamshire, mother Ruth aged 40 born Ilkeston, Derbyshire, children (all born Ilkeston, Derbyshire) on this Census, Florence 22, Lilian 19 Mothers Keep, Alfred 15 Sawyers Clerk, Charles 11 Scholar, Gertrude 10 Scholar, Hilda 8 Scholar, Claribel 5 Scholar, Frances M 5 months.
1900 US Census Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey (1900; Census Place: Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey; Roll: T623_983 Page: 27B; Enumeration District: 89.) - Have now found George on this Census, and therefore allows me to see which of the two females he married on the BMD especially as the brother of Florence, Alfred BEAUMONT aged 24 born February 1874 in England and down as Brother-in-Law and a Piano Tuner  is with them.

  3. 1900 US Census Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey(1900; Census Place: Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey; Roll: T623_983 Page: 27B; Enumeration District: 89.) - Have now found George on this Census, and therefore allows me to see which of the two females he married on the BMD especially as the brother of Florence, Alfred BEAUMONT aged 24 born February 1874 in England and down as Brother-in-Law and a Piano Tuner  is with them.
On this census the son is down as Herbert B, on the 1900 it is Albert, so it is possible that they are two different children but the ages tie up to be the same one.
1920 US Census - Trenton Ward 10, Mercer, New Jersey

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
