  1. 1851 Census - Fenton Road, Pidley cum Fenton, Huntingdonshire. The birth date is correct as given on the 1851 Census, Caroline is twenty three years older than James.
1861 Church Lane, Warboys, Huntingdonshire (only person in property)
1871 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire (Ancestry.com has James age as 55 which made it difficult to find, there is a line through the ages on this page, but it says 55 not 35 and therefore is correct. George HUGGINS is down as being 12 which confirms the date we had, but means he was alive in 1861 where James was living by himself in Church Street as a Widower.
1881 Census - High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire. Ann is down as Annie on this Census.
  2. 1851 Census - Fenton Road, Pidley cum Fenton, Huntingdonshire. The birth date is correct as given on the 1851 Census, Caroline is twenty three years older than James.

1881 Census - High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire. Ann is down as Annie on this Census.
1891 Northcote Road, Walthamstow, Essex. An Anne and Harry GOODMAN were visitors at this address. Anne is of the correct age and born in Warboys. We had thought that she had died around 1889 but I believe this is the correct person so I have amended the death from 1889 to between 1891 and 1901. They should have a child, James GOODMAN born around 1886 but he is not with them on the 1891 Census.
1901 Census - 198 Kentish Town Road, Camden Town, St Pancras. Annie on this Census is still with Harry GOODMAN and down as being born in Warboys, Huntingdonshire, I cannot believe that there would be another Ann HUGGINS who married a Harry GOODMAN, so I think she was still around and I have removed all references to her death. I will put a chart on to show the child we had for Ann and Harry but I would think it died young and possibly this is what the died in 1889 referred to.
1911 High Street Warboys Huntingdonshire. With the family is a Harry GORDON (but I think this is GOODMAN married independent means born Kentish Town, London and Annie GORDON (again I think this is GOODMAN) a Visitor aged 50 Independent Means born Warboys, Huntingdonshire.
  5. 1871 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire (Ancestry.com has James age as 55 which made it difficult to find, there is a line through the ages on this page, but it says 55 not 35 and therefore is correct. George HUGGINS is down as being 12 which confirms the date we had, but means he was alive in 1861 where James was living by himself in Church Street as a Widower.
1881 Census - High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire. Ann is down as Annie on this Census.
    1891 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire

    1891 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire
    1901 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire
    1911 High street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire.
  8. 1871 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire (Ancestry.com has James age as 55 which made it difficult to find, there is a line through the ages on this page, but it says 55 not 35 and therefore is correct. George HUGGINS is down as being 12 which confirms the date we had, but means he was alive in 1861 where James was living by himself in Church Street as a Widower.
1881 Census - High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire. Ann is down as Annie on this Census.
On the 1881 Census my previous comments make sense as George is not down as HUGGINS but as WARD, so it would appear that Jane had George before they married. I have moved George to appear under Jane and have shown both surnames.
I cannot find George HUGGINS/WARD after the 1881 Census.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
