1901 26 Mitcham Street, St Marylebone, London. (Age not quite correct but as Brother Robert is with him and the family appears to have gone into the telephone business I do think this is the correct family. Then there is Robert WHITTLESEY aged 28 a Worker Telephone, and four boarders William JONES aged 18 and John ROBINSON aged 18 both Worker Telephone and both born Marylebone, then John BRIGGS aged 41 a Telephone Wireman born Derby, a Benjamin KEITH aged 27 a Telephone Labourer born Ireland and finally a Thomas METCALF aged 30 a Joiner Carpenter born Sheffield.
1901 26 Mitcham Street, St Marylebone, London (baptism of Percy Henry)
1904 26 Mitcham Street, St Marylebone, London (baptism of Eleanor Amelia)
1911 18 Strode Road, Fulham Cross S W. Amelia is down as having been married 20 years and having had 8 children all of whom survive at the date of this Census.
I believe that I have found the correct marriage for William to Charlotte Amelia HYATT but after this marriage she appears to have gone by her second name Amelia. A sister of William also married a HYATT which makes me believe this is correct.

Have entered this chart because of the first two children's marriage to a brother and sister WHITTLESEY, however having found a tree on Ancestry I think this only tells part of the story, I think Matthias was born about 1810 in Devon and had been married twice before his marriage to Jane JOHNSON and had had numerous children from those marriage. So the reason for putting this chart on was to show that the two ongoing chart were connected, and I do not intend going further with this Chart.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
