Mabel was a Servant to a Thiophilus ALLEN aged 64 a Retired Architect born East Acton and his wife Elizabeth Mary aged 66 down as having been married 43 years and having had 10 children all of whom survive at the date of this Census, she was born Westminster, London, Children Margaret Blanche ALLEN aged 28 born Kensington and Evelyn Phoebe ALLEN aged 25 born Chobham, Surrey. There were three other Servants Minnie Rebecca AKERMAN aged 25 a Cook born London WC, Barbara Elizabeth BATH aged 24 a Parlour Maid born Shroton?, Dorset and Mabel Alice  GUMBRELL a Parlour  Maid born Worplesdon, Surrey. (sister of Nora)
