    1891 29 Sadlers Gate, St Werburghs, Derby, Derbyshire. With Frances was a Phoebe HARTLEY aged 19 a Servant Domestic born Shondon?, Derbyshire. Again Frances is down as married but no husband with her.
    1901 39 William Street, Derby, Derbyshire. With her brother and his daughter Mary.
    1911 20 Wilson Street, Derby, Derbyshire. Frances is a Widow she is with a Samuel James MALTBY aged 62 a Bootmaker Dealer born Mansfield Nottinghamshire and his wife Mary MALTBY aged 54 born Derby, (they are down as only having been married two years. BUT with the family is a Henry Kirk MALTBY Grandson aged 9 School born Derby, Derbyshire, (so assume Frances's daughter Kate, married a ??? MALTBY. The child must be a Grandson to Frances as the Samuel James is the father, Kate must have died and he must have remarried a Mary in about 1909. Samuel James MALTBY married again in June  quarter 1909 in Derby district, Derbyshire to a Mary JEFFRIES. (as Mary is a JEFFRIES does she connect in somewhere) Henry Kirk MALTBY was born in June quarter 1901 in Derby district, Derbyshire, so had the first child Henry J born 1877 died by this time. Cannot find a death at present. It appears that Henry K(irk) MALTBY married in September quarter 1928 in Derby district, Derbyshire to a Jessie F MacGREGOR

    1891 20 Wilson Street, St Werburgh, Derby, Derbyshire. Children Henry J aged 14 a Scholar, born Derby, Derbyshire and Samuel E aged 9 a Scholar born Derby, Derbyshire.
    1901 20 Wilson Street, St Werburgh, Derby, Derbyshire. Child Samuel E aged 19 a Tutor Classics School born Derby, Derbyshire.
