    OBITUARY: Mrs. May Knight Kirkwood Dies At Los Angeles, Cal.
    Friends of Mrs. May Knight Kirkwood were deeply shocked to learn of her death at her home at Los Angeles, Cal., yesterday morning as announced in a telegram received by her sister, Mrs. W. L. Biersach, of this city, yesterday. No particulars as to the cause of death are given. Mrs. Kirkwood was native of this city and was 37 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Newell Knight and is survived by a husband, Fred Kirkwood, four children, a sister, Mrs. W. L. Biersach of this city, and three brothers, Newell J. Knight of Provo Bench, Jesse J. Knight of San Pedro, Cal. One of the daughters, Miss Ila Kirkwood was in Provo a year ago and attended Proctor Academy. Mrs. Biersach left last evening for Los Angeles to attend the funeral services, which will be held Saturday.
