There is also a David W BARKER and a Frank W BARKER born in Keighley, Yorkshire with BARKER as surname and MURRANT as mothers maiden name, I am fairly certain this is the same family as I think as there is a W in all the three childrens names they all had the Waterhouse in the name, and Frank was the christian name of father. However no deaths come up for a BARKER with Waterhouse in the name.
