  1. 1841 Census - Pidley cum Forton, Huntingdonshire. Henry was not with family. Susan, Eliza and Robert
1850 US Census - Pigeon Ward 8, Vanderburgh, Indiana, USA.
1880 US Census - Fort Branch, Gibson, Indiana, USA. Robert was married with four children on this Census. There was a William ONYETT down as a son aged 22 but he is put after the other children. I have a feeling that this child was from a previous marriage, as the next child listed is Louise who is only 11, there are then three other children. His wife was 13 years younger than him.
Family not found after 1880, but I think I have found Louis on later Censuses as married
1887 The memorial for Robert says Death is a path that must be trod if man would ever pass to God.
  2. 1880 US Census - Fort Branch, Gibson, Indiana, USA.
1896 Directory. I have found a directory for this year with Mary ONYETT widow of Robert, at 1016 East Franklin, Evansville, Indiana, USA, which is definitely the correct family as Owen and Manda are with her.
1900 US Census - Fort Branch, Gibson, Indiana, USA. (Down as being born in December 1842, this does not ties up with 1880 Census, but I think it is correct as Amanda (Manda) is with her born January 1878 and Louis and his wife Lizzie are next door.
  3.  1880 US Census - Fort Branch, Gibson, Indiana, USA.
  4. 1880 US Census - Fort Branch, Gibson, Indiana, USA.
1900 US Census - Union, Gibson, Indiana, USA - Child John aged 4 (November 1895) on this Census.
1910 US Census - Fort Branch, Gibson, Indiana, USA. - Two children, John S 14 and Mary M 7
1920 US Census - Fort Branch, Gibson, Indiana, USA. - Wife's name not shown on this Census. Just wife, age etc.
  5. 1880 US Census -Union, Gibson, Indiana, USA.
1896 Directory. I have found a directory for this year with Mary ONYETT widow of Robert, at 1016 East Franklin, Evansville, Indiana, USA, which is definitely the correct family as Owen and Manda are with her.

NOTE - At the beginning of the line the name is UNNIOT and through the years it changes until today it is ONYETT. At present we are not certain as to when the name actually became ONYETT. As there are several variants in the spelling I have put the name ONYETT first on all the charts and then followed that with the spelling for that particular chart and indexed the whole line under ONYETT. ie ONYETT/UNYAT Chart 0700. The actual name as we have it appears for the actual people on the Chart.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
