Eliza was a General Servant. It is a job to see who she worked for, most of the people appear to be servants of one kind or another. 1881 Poynters Estate, Cobham, Surrey. Richard B OVERTON, Grandson, now down as aged 18 is still with the family, he is a Labourer (Agricultural) and born in Cobham, Surrey 1891 31 South Street, Sheffield, Yorkshire as a widower. Lodging with Samuel HALL (70) Timekeeper born in Castleton, Yorkshire 1901 Not found 1911 Bonnell Arlington Berwick Stn, Arlington, Sussex as OBERTON. Living with him was Housekeeper Elizabeth STEVENS (62) Single born Hallingford, Berkshire Informaton for Assadeleah MARSDEN 1871 Back of 105 Lord Street, Sheffield, Yorkshire (from information on 1881 Census below I believe this is the same family - Assadeleah is down as Isabbella on this Census. Father William R aged 40 a Furnace Man born Bakewell, Derbyshire, Mother Louise aged 40 born Brichill, Derbyshire, Daniel? H aged 15 Furnace Boy born Sheffield, Yorkshire, William R aged 11 a Scholar born Bakewell, Derbyshire, Louise aged 9 a Scholar born Bakewell, Derbyshire, then Isabbella (Assadeleah) followed by John aged 1 born Sheffield, Yorkshire. 1881 4 Shales Square, Duke Street, Sheffield, Yorkshire (down as Asacllia - on Ancestry someone has corrected this as Isabella but this is incorrect). Father William Robert MARDSEN 51 a Labourer born Bakewell, Derbyshire, Mother Louise 52 born Brichill, Derbyshire. siblings Robert aged 21 a Labourer born Bakewell, Derbshire and John aged 11 born Sheffield, Yorkshire. I have now changed the Charts, so the main heading duplicates the name on the Chart ie OVERTUN, OVERTON, OVERINGTON etc - there are lots of variants. However all the link boxes are OVERTUN and the list in the Index are all spelt OVERTUN. This is so that all the names are in one position and in order in the contents list.
