    In 1998 the Billiard & Snooker Heritage Collection received a letter 'out of the blue' from a Mrs. Joan PLUMLEY who explained in the letter that she was H.W. STEVENSON 's daughter. So Norman's request was answered some eight years after his death.
    In the correspondence with Joan PLUMLEY, who in 1998 was 83 years old and living in a small town in northern New South Wales, Australia. She kindly sent the Billiard and Snooker Heritage Collection photocopies of her scrap book of press cuttings and letter about her father
