1939 11 Park Avenue, East Ham, Essex Arthur PORTER born 10th September 1876 Office Caretaker, Frances L PORTER born 30 April 1875 Housewife, crossed through and Unpaid Domestic put in, Victor H PORTER born 23rd April 1915 Audit Clerk. 1939 69 Cotswold Gardens, East Ham, Essex, John W GUY born 17th July 1883 Gas Inspector (Retired), Mary M D GUY born 18th May 1885 Unpaid Domestic Duties, Mary I A GUY (later PORTER) born 11th March 1915 Insurance Clerk, John W GUY born 27th December 1916 Artists Designer Lettering 2003, 2005-2010, Harveys Nurseries Mobile Home Park, Peppard Road, Emmer Green, Reading, Berkshire, RG4 8TW (I am fairly certain Andrews was a child of this couple, he has a V as second name so likely to be Victor, he was born in Colchester district althouth his parents live in West Ham district, but it was in the war and the PORTER's came from the Colchester/Tendring area, he marrried in Henley which is towards Reading area where his parents moved to and as shown i this entry on Electoral Roll he was living in Reading area. So it all points to him being a child of Victor Henry and Mabel Isabel. Anyone looking at this chart please let me know on the contact on the home page if this is not the case.
