  1. 1901 Census - Merly Stables, Higher Merly, Canford Magna, Dorset. There was a Boarder a Walter Bailey, aged 17 a Groom Domestic, born Aldershot, Hampshire. Florence Jessie is down as Jessie on this census but on the BMD she is down as Florence Jessie.
  2. 1891 Cannot find Frederick on the 1891 Census at present, but have found on the 1881 (see note 6)
  3. 1881 Census - Horsepool Cottage, Chevington, Suffolk. Living with a Sarah PAINE aged 70 an Annuitant, born Ickworth, Suffolk
  4. 1871 Census - Master? Boys, Ickworth, Suffolk. The census shows with dittos that his occupation is a Laundress, but I think this must be incorrect and should relate to the occupation above, an Ag Lab, a son also has the ditto's so the same applies again I think it should be Ag Lab.
  5. IGI Baptisms (Jonathan appears on the IGI baptism but on on the 1871 Census)
  6. IGI Baptism. I think this must be the correct one, as it is in the right year and right place. Her parents were Joseph and Susan RICHARDSON. There are two siblings as well as Emma, Harriet baptised 27th February 1831 Little Saxham, Suffolk, and George baptised 5th April 1829 Little Saxham, Suffolk
  7. IGI Marriage. Father of Jonathan is shown as Isaac. I think having found this that Jonathan was actually born in 1824 and not in 1826 as the 1871 Census suggest. Thee is a baptism of a Jonathan RACE on 3rd October 1824 in Horningsheath, Suffolk with an Isaac RACE as father and a Sarah WILLINGHAM as mother.  The other siblings that come us are as follows:

    Maria RACE, baptised 18th May 1817 Horningsheath, Suffolk
    Esther RACE baptised 22nd December 1818 Horningsheath, Suffolk
    James RACE baptised 6th August 1820 Horningsheath, Suffolk 
    Abraham RACE baptised 9th June 1822 Horningsheath, Suffolk 
    Susan RACE baptised 1st March 1829 Horningsheath, Suffolk (on 1841 Census)
  8. 1861 Census - Round House, Ickworth, Suffolk. There was a Kate RICHARDSON, niece, aged 6 born London with the family.
  9. 1841 Census - Horningsheath, Suffolk, Sarah is the Head (aged 50), no Isaac. Children just Jonathan 15 and Susan 11.
  10. 1851 Census - Horinger. Jonathan is Head but by himself, he is down as married. He is an Agricultural Labourer, so where is Emma and the eldest son Joseph.
  11. 1891 Census - Morten? Boys, Ickworth, Suffolk, I think this must be where they were in 1871 but I have Master Boys for this address, I have not found on 1881 Census as yet. Elizabeth is down as blind on the 1891 Census.
  12. 1881 Census - Morten Boys, Ickworth, Suffolk, family down as PEACE on the Ancestry.com index, it is RACE when you look at it.
  13. 1901 Census - "Mordaboys", Ickworth, Suffolk, (this is how it is down, with the quotes round it, so I think still the same address as the 1871, 1881 and 1891 Census.
  14. 1891 Census - Spring Farm, Monks Eleigh, Suffolk. Two children on this Census, Alice M, aged 4 born Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and Sarah M aged 6 months born Higham, Suffolk
  15. 1891 Census - Street, Horringer, Suffolk. There was a Charles NUNN aged 15 a Lodger born Chevington, Suffolk with the family on this Census.
  16. 1901 Census - Quakers Lane, Beyton, Suffolk.
  17. 1901 Census - Spring Farm, Monks Eleigh, Suffolk.
  18. 1841 Census - Horningsheath, Suffolk, Emma was female servant aged 14, I was hoping to find a connection between her and George RICHARDSON who married Susan RACE
