  1. 1881 9 Bell Vue Road, Ramsgate, Kent - Living with them was Sarah A CLARK (16) born Ramsgate, Kent, servant, Matthew H TEMPELL (23) born Ramsgate, Kent, John CLAYSON (16) and Stephen HARLOW (15) both born Minster, Kent, all three were Apprentice Fishing
1901 3 Raglan Cottages, Lowestoft, Suffolk
  2. 1901 3 Raglan Cottages, Lowestoft, Suffolk
1911 31 Selby Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk. Husband not at home but in entry 1 it just says At Sea. Then for Alice it says that she has been married 12 years had five children all of whom are living. This has been crossed through and replaced in red pen with married four years and having had 3 children all living, This ties up with the information on the chart, she originally put down as though she was still married to William and then this has been amended for marriage to George. With the family was a Sarah REEVE a Boarder (again changed in red pen from Nurse) she was 62 a Widow a Maternity Nurse born Lowestoft, Suffolk, (Lots of additions and amendments in red pen in a different writing so assume enumerator decided the census was not filled in correctly.
  3. 1911 Not at home
  4. 1901 3 Raglan Cottages, Lowestoft, Suffolk
1911 31 Selby Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk. With the family was a Sarah REEVE a Boarder (again changed in red pen from Nurse) she was 62 a Widow a Maternity Nurse born Lowestoft, Suffolk
1926 Ambrose Charles sailed from Southampton to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada arriving on 4th September 1926 on the "Pennland" it says he came from Lowestoft and was born in 1904 so I am certain this is the correct person, No other SETTERFIELDS with him.
  5. 1911 31 Selby Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk. With the family was a Sarah REEVE a Boarder (again changed in red pen from Nurse) she was 62 a Widow a Maternity Nurse born Lowestoft, Suffolk

  8. 1911 31 Selby Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk. With the family was a Sarah REEVE a Boarder (again changed in red pen from Nurse) she was 62 a Widow a Maternity Nurse born Lowestoft, Suffolk (This child was unnamed on the 1911 Census, there are two females born in Mutford in 1911, a Kathleen G CHALLIS born March quarter 1911 and an Olive G CHALLIS born June quarter 1911, so one of these must be this child.
  9. Child born in Mutford district with CHALLIS as surname and WHITE as mothers maiden name.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
