David married on 10th April 1865 at St John, Croydon, Surrey, to Catherine MERCER she was a widow aged 38 with Father as Richard HEATHER a Gardener, so William MERCER has died between the birth of daughter Ann in 1862 and this marriage in 1865. David's father was David STANBRIDGE a Labourer, same name as father of Stephen, so all very complicated. Witnesses at marriage were Edward and Margaret STANDEN and address for both David and Catherine was Croydon. 1881 8 Boxall Terrace, Beddington, Surrey.
