Down as J William and down as son which he was not, he is with a Francis MILLER aged 46 a Police Constable, Railway born Paddington, London. He is with his wife Minnie aged 43 also born Paddington, London. She is down as having been married 24 years and having had 9 children 6 of whom survive and 3 of whom who have died. As there are six children on the census before getting to J William STEMP I think that confirms that the son entered for J William STEMP was incorrect and he was really a Boarder.
