However, place of birth is shown as Aldershot. Boarding with Stephen HOLMWOOD (51) Agricultural Labourer born Charlwood, Surrey his wife Naomi (46) born Horne, Surrey, and children Stephen (12), Arthur (7), Edith (10) Albert (5) all Scholars and Emily (2) all children born Ever, Kent. Possibly - because place of birth shown as "Not Known", and as Robert was by now a widower there is no check on the name of his wife. However, date of birth matches and there were no other Roberts born 1855-1865 on FreeBMD or ancestry.com. Living with them was Eliza AKEHURST (21) Housekeeper born Copthorne, Surrey 1897 Horley, Surrey (baptism of Wheatley Harry) 1901 Census - Woodbine Cottage, School Road, Burstow, Surrey. Possibly - because place of birth shown as Farnham, Surrey.
