    We have found 3 possibly references to an Albert F STEMP
    On 15th December 1912 an Albert F STEMP born about 1889 arrived at Liverpool from New York on the "Carmenia"
    or
    Albert F STEMP born 1892 in Berkshire was in 1920 in The Royal Irish Constabulary (I think this is the most likely)
    or
    he was in the British Army in the South Wales Boarders Service Number 17120
