    COUNCIL FOREMAN FOUND DEAD
    Woodburn, Friday
    Decimus TOOVEY of Carali, foreman for the Richmond Rive County Council, was found dead in a tent on the back of Tuckombil Creek, Woodburn, where in company with S. Carroll , another employee of the council, he had been removing hyacinth from the cress.
    The body was taken to the Caraki Hospital, where an examination shwoed that death was due to heart disease.
