    There was a Winifred M BEDFORD born March quarter 1912 in Stockport district, Cheshire with BEDFORD as surname and LONGLEY as the mothers maiden name who I would think was a child of this couple.

There was also a Muriel F BEDFORD born in December quarter 1917 in Plymouth district, Devon with the surname BEDFORD and the mothers maiden name as SKERRATT who, seeing it was the time of WWI could also be a child of this family.
