    1900 Chicago Ward 25, Cook, Illinois, USA. There is a William HOOK born in 1858 with both parents born in England and William born in Ohio which seems to fit this child. He is married to an Emma who was born in Pennsylvania in May 1870 and they married about 1895 and have two children both born in Illinois.

    1900 Will come back to this, there is a George P HOOK in Toledo Ward, Lucas County  on this Census, he is married to a Sarah with possibly one child who is married. However the aged is not quite correct, - 1863 not 1860 and only the mother is  down as being born in England, but the father is down as being born in Ohio. I do think that this is the same person who matches exactly what we want on the  1910 Census, but would still like to find on the 1880 Census before putting in  especially as the child was born in 1878 in Pennsylvania. There is also a Grandchild with the family.
