According to her death certificate, she was born in Nottinghamshire, England and was born June 16, 1848 (differs from cemetery records). Informant was Leonard J. Bowers. In addition to the two sons (linked below) she also had a daughter named Lulu Marie Bowers. She was buried on March 18.

Information for Shadrach from the findagrave Web Site
Son of James and Maria Bowers. He was a member of the first Handcart Company. According to various Family Search files, he was born on June 25, 1848 and died on June 27, 1902.
The Salt Lake County Death record shows he died on June 30, 1902 and was 54 years and four days old (June 26).
The FamilySearch records show he was born in Dudley, or Oldbury nearby. However, one specifically cites Saint Thomas Parish in Dudley (where his parents were married).
He was a carpenter at the time of death and lived at 367 South 8th West where he died. He was buried on July 2, 1902. His wife's name was Annie Elizabeth Birch.
They had at least three children Lulu Marie (1900 Census shows born Feb. 1882) and Leonard (born Oct. 1891). A third infant son, Shadarick N. Bowers (1886-1888) is buried next to them.

Information for Leonard from findagrave Web Site
Born in October 1891 or 1892 (records differ--1900 Census shows 1891; and Army burial record shows 1892).
Son of Shadrach and Annie Elizabeth Birch Bowers. He was an Army veteran of World War I.
He apparently never married and his death certificate shows he probably died alone while living in a hotel room in the Wabash Hotel at 110 South State Street in Salt Lake City.

John William FARNSWORTH married several times and had a lot of children, but at present I cannot find any that are definitely children of Ann Elizabeth BIRCH, as she is the person we are interested in I have not added details of the other marriages and children of John William FARNSWORTH. There are at least four other marriages and around twenty children for him from the other wives.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
