  1. 1841 Stokeford, East Stoke, Dorset as John
1851 Not found as either Edmund or John
1861 Not found as either Edmund or John
1871 East Stoke, Dorset as John born 1831. Living between Mary Ann BROWN and Stephen BROWN with other family members in the row. (not found on ancestry.com; details from findmypast)
Married as John E and as Rosannah
IGI - Baptism submitted by a member of the LDS church. Also on OPC web site.
  2. 1881 Union Workhouse, Wareham Lady St Mary, Wareham, Dorset as widow and as Rosa with children Mary, Elizabeth and Walter
1891 Stokeford, East Stoke, Dorset. Living with them was Rose Anna's father George CUFF (72) widower Farm Labourer born Whitechurch, Dorset. Also living with them was a Mary BROWN, Cook, born East Stoke, Dorset, described as  Daughter Age 20. However, that would make her born 1871 and father Charles was born in 1859 so would have been 12/13 when she was born. Perhaps she was Rosa Anna's daughter; she was born in1846 so would have been 25 when Mary was born.
    1901 East Stoke, Dorset
  3. 1861 Stokeford, East Stoke, Dorset

However, that would make her born 1871 and father Charles was born in 1859 so would have been 12/13 when she was born. Perhaps she was Rosa Anna's daughter; she was born in1846 so would have been 25 when Mary was born.
This query has now been resolved as Rose Anna had previously been married to Charles's cousin, John Edmund/Edmund John BROWN

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
