CAMPBELL, 74, a former Syracuse resident, died yesterday in Metucken, N. J. A native of Jarrow, England, and a veteran of the Canadian Army in World War I, Mr. Campbell and his wife left Syracuse three months ago to live with their daughter in New Jersey. He was a retired decorator and a member of South Presbyterian Church. Surviving, besides his wife, Mrs. Cristina Taylor Campbell, are a son, Robert W. Campbell of Long Beach, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Leonard Baumann of Metucken; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Reid of Bolden, England, Mrs. Violet Samoral of Albany and Mrs. Lilly Terry of Bradenton, Fla.; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Garfield Funeral Home, the Rev. Donald E. Wallace officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
