The 1861 Census for this family now available on Ancestry.com gives us so much new information on this family. So many members of the family were living with Henry and Mary at the time of the Census. It will mean a number of new charts and research in later censuses to find other members of the family. For the present time I will list the family as follows: They are listed at living at Street, Minster, Kent: Henry SETTERFIELD, Head, Age 66 Market Gardener born Minster, Kent; Mary SETTERFIELD, wife, age 62 Laundress, born Chislett, Kent; Sarah COURT, Daughter, age 42 Laundress, born Minster, Kent; Henry W COURT, Grandson, age 11 Scholar, born Woodnesborough, Kent; Catherine CHAPMAN, daughter, age 26, born Minster, Kent; Jane E CHAPMAN, granddaughter, age 11 months born London, Middlesex; Algernon GOULDER, son-in-law, age 21 Plumber, born Minster, Kent; Frances GOULDER, daughter, age 22, born Minster, Kent and William H MOSES, grandson, age 4, scholar, born St Lawrence, Kent. Rupert was married in 1901 and had three children, will make a new Chart for this family. The BMD definitely shows the correct marriage but as both the females on the marriage page are Sarah Ann's I do not know which is the correct one.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
