  1. 1841 Census - Beckley, Sussex
1851 Census - Moors House, Beckley, Sussex.
1871 Census - Penny Bridge, Mayfield, Sussex.
1881 Census - Scotts Hill, Donhead St Andrew, Wiltshire. With David and Mary on this Census were Edith E PEARCY, Aged 11, born Totton, Hampshire, Scholar down as Daughter-in-Law, George R PEARCY 7 born Shirley, Hampshire, Scholar, Son-in-Law and Walter W PEARCY, aged 4 born Spetsbury, Dorset, Scholar, also Son-in-law. I think from this that Mary had been married before and had the three children shown on this Census. However for some reason the following does not appear to have been picked up before, as after these three children there is a Percy FIELDER, aged 2 down as son, born St Mary, Romney Marsh. Have now found the marriage of David FIELDER to Mary PEARCY in Romney Marsh, Kent.
The original information for this chart came from Michael METCALFE. He has a Web Site which contains a large amount of information on the FIELDER family, this can be found at http://sheather.co.uk/_sgt/mdma_1.htm
  2. 1871 Census - Rai? R?, Elang, Hampshire
1881 Census - Scotts Hill, Donhead St Andrew, Wiltshire.
No spouse comes up on the marriage, so still do not know the maiden name of Mary. However I have found a method of searching the list of complete names for the quarter and place and only two Mary's come up - Everitt and Strong, so I think it is like to be one of these. I then go to the next stage and try to find a Mary Everitt or Strong born in 1835 in Southampton on a previous Census, unfortunately in this case nothing comes up to match.
1901 Census - 12 Monastery Street, Canterbury, Kent.  A Mary REDMAN was head of household and George is down as son, she is down as born in 1835 in Southampton and as a widow and a retired uncertificated teacher so certainly the same as the Mary above so she must have married for a third time. I cannot find on the 1891 Census at the present time
  3. 1871 Census - Rai? R?, Elang, Hampshire
  4. 1871 Census - Rai? R?, Elang, Hampshire
1881 Census - Scotts Hill, Donhead St Andrew, Wiltshire.
  5. 1881 Census - Scotts Hill, Donhead St Andrew, Wiltshire.
1901 Census - 14 Shorecliff Terrac, Folkstone, Kent. Edith and Henry had a daughter Dorothy M aged 2 born Hawkhurst, Kent.
  6. 1881 Census - Scotts Hill, Donhead St Andrew, Wiltshire.
I cannot find on the 1891 Census at the present time
  7. 1881 Census - Scotts Hill, Donhead St Andrew, Wiltshire.
1901 Census - 17 Canterbury Land, Canterbury, Kent. They had a daughter Clara J aged 9 months born Canterbury, Kent

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
