  1. 1871 Census - 20 Harbour Street, Ramsgate, Kent. There was a visitor, a lodger, and a servant with the family.
    1881 Census - 20 Harbour Street Ramsgate. Licensed Victualler (Richardson Hotel)
    There is a death as shown for a William Frederick FISHER on the BMD as shown in the West Ham district. There is a Emma FISHER a widow living in Leyton, Essex born in 1846 in Ramsgate, Kent. As Leyton is in the West Ham district I think this is the correct death and therefore I have shown the details of Emma on the 1891 Census in Note 22 as there are children for this family.
  2. 1871 Census - 20 Harbour Street, Ramsgate, Kent. There was a visitor, a lodger, and a servant with the family.
    I think this is the marriage of William and Catherine. Basford is the correct district for Redford, Nottinghamshire. I therefore assume they went to Catherine's home town to be married.
  3. 1861 Census - 4 Plains of Waterloo, Ramsgate, Kent. As Emma is 10 years old and down as 10 I have assumed that this is the Harriet E who was on the 1851 Census and they are using her second name on the Census, as we had it down as E. They could have had another child in 1851 but this would have fallen after the Census and she would have only been 9 so I think that Harriet and Emma are one and the same child.

    1891 Census - 2 Palmers Cottages, Beachcroft Road, Leyton, Essex. Emma was living on her own means.
    1901 Census - 34 Beachcroft Road, Leyton, Essex. 
    1911 34 Beachcroft Road Leytonstone, Essex

Thee was a Visitor, two other Assistants both Barmaids and two servants with the family.
