  2. 1841 Census - Stodmarsh Street, Stodmarsh, Kent
  3. 1861 Census - Ickham Street, Ickham, Kent. Caroline and Robert had two children on this Census, Henry John aged 8 a Scholar born Wickhambreaux, Kent and Eliza Alma aged 1 born Ickham, Kent
  4. 1871 Census - Wingham Street, Wingham, Kent. Caroline had died and Robert had remarried on this Census an Emma SMITH in December quarter of 1866 in Eastry district. I do not know if Emma had been married before but I assume so as there is am Clara SMITH aged 5 as a visitor born Bridge, Kent. I would assume she is a daughter of Emma's. The other children are Henry J aged 18 a Labourer on a Threshing Machine born Wickhambreaux, and Eliza A aged 11 a Scholar, born Ickham, Kent
  5. 1881 Census - Wingham Street, Wingham, Kent. Robert was a widow again, he was Head of household with his daughter Eliza, now aged 21 a Housekeeper born Ickham, Kent. She was married, so married name ANSELL, her husband was Stephen ANSELL a General Labourer aged 36 born Ickham, Kent.
  6. 1891 Census - High Street, Wingham, Kent. Robert has married yet again this time to a Caroline O'DONNELL in March quarter of 1883 in Canterbury district Kent, she was 53 and a Dressmaker, born Margate, Kent. Only the two of them, no children no lodgers or servants. 
  7. 1901 Census - 15 The Friars, Canterbury. They had a Joseph HAYES boarder with them.
  8. 1891 Census - High Street, Wingham, Kent. Eliza and Stephen had the following children all born Wingham, Kent - Walter 9 Scholar, Robert 6 Scholar, Henry 3, Frederick 5 months. 
  9. 1901 Census - Wingham Street, Wingham, Kent - Eliza and Stephen have the following children on this Census. Walter 18 and Robert 16 both Agricultural Labourers, Harry 13, Arthur 6 and Winifred 5  all born Wingham, Kent
  10. 1881 Census - 4 Start Place, Canterbury Holy Cross Westgate,  Chartham Kent
