    1900 US Census - Pawtucket Ward 1, Providence, Rhode Island; Roll: T623 1511; Page: 1B; Enumeration District: 146. On this census it says that Henry and Mary have been in the US for 19 years and that they emigrated in 1881. Does this mean they went back to England  after the birth of Charlotte who we have as born in 1872.
