Information from Arthur STOKES 12/2000 Richardson HUGGINS (1819-1903) husband of Lucy DRING (1823-1884) was living in West London where he had gone to live with their son Walter HUGGINS and his wife Susan and son Hubert ('Ray') (1884-1970). Richardson continues to live in Acton although Walter and his family returned to Warboys when Mary DRING died and bequeathed Richards on House to Walter. This is not quite accurate he was at least with his son Lewis between 1891 and 1901 1881 8 Wescombe Cott, Hammersmith, London. On this Census at this address is a Frederick SMITH born Bluntisham, Huntingdonshire. He is 25 and a Salesman, a Boarder staying with George HUGGINS, who was a brother of Walter. I suspect that Frederick SMITH is a brother of Susan SMITH on this Chart. 1891 14 Marville Road, Fulham, London 1901 23 Bolton Road, Acton, London 1911 23 Kent Road Acton Green Chiswick Middlesex 1901 23 Bolton Road, Acton, London 1911 23 Kent Road Acton Green Chiswick Middlesex (same address as parents but not on the same Census form) Note although born Hubert was born before 1891 he was not with his parents on that Census.
