  1. 1881 Census - By the common, Hambledon, Surrey. Emily's father James was with the family.
1891 Census - Village, Hambledon, Surrey, there was a Walter BOXALL aged 4 a nephew born Hambledon with the family
1901 Census - The Common, Hambledon, Surrey. With his father Edmund who was a widower, Arthur is down as married to an Elizabeth who is fourteen years older than him, then the Walter BOXALL who appears as a nephew on the 1891 Census is next, but he is down as son, so assume that Elizabeth was a BOXALL before she married Arthur (will try to find more out about this) then there are three HUTCHINS children for Arthur and Elizabeth. Have now confirmed on the BMD that Arthur married Elizabeth BOXALL.
  2. 1861 Census - Bufs Common, Hambledon, Surrey. (On BOXALL Chart 0601, there is an Elizabeth BOXALL down as a Granddaughter and I think this is the Elizabeth BOXALL above. I think she had the child Walter as an unmarried "mum".
1881 Census - Nightingale Road, Godalming, Surrey. A servant to a William BALCHIN aged 54 a Retired Grocer, born Alford, Surrey and his sister.
1901 Census - The Common, Hambledon, Surrey.
  3.
  4. 1901 Census - The Common, Hambledon, Surrey.
  5. 1901 Census - The Common, Hambledon, Surrey.
  6. 1901 Census - The Common, Hambledon, Surrey.
  7. 1891 Census - Village, Hambledon, Surrey,
1901 Census - The Common, Hambledon, Surrey.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
