  1. 1901 Census - 11 Harts Terrace, St Lawrence Ramsgate, Kent
    1911 158 Grange Road, Ramsgate. Mary Ann NORRIS was still with her sister Ann Rebecca IMPETT and their family. There was also a Richard Charles ROBERTS a Boarder Single aged 24 a Sorting Clerk and Telegraphist born St Lawrence, Thanet, Kent with the family.
  2. 1891 Census - 6 Wellington Terrace, North Hill, Hornsey, Middlesex. Father - Frederick CLEWLEY aged 30 a Barman born Margate, Kent and Mother,  Minnie CLEWLEY aged 27 born Margate, Kent
    1901 Census - 110 North Hill, Hornsey, Middlesex. Father down as 43 a Barman mother as 38, Then there is Vera 10, Edith S 8 and Albert F 5 all born Highgate, London. I thought having found that they married in Wales that Vera would have come from that area, but that is not the case, she was born in London and her parents came from Margate, so why were they in Wales for a marriage in 1911, and Cheshire the same year and back in London and then in Thanet in later years.

Lesley, Douglas, Oscar and Harold appear on the BMD with CLEWLEY as the mothers maiden name, as can be seen they were born in different parts of the country, but they match exactly the information we were give for this family, ie Leslie 1911 Douglas 1913 , Oscar 1914 Harold F H 1915 so I think they must all be correct. Donald does not appear on the BMD, but have found on the general register.
