    The parents of Emma Selina Jeffries nee Fletcher are Hugh Fletcher born 1816 Derby and died 1864 Derby (with probate.) and Eliza Burrows born 1824 Morley Derbyshire and died 1855 in Derby
    They married in Derby in 1842.
    I think her father a farmer, remarried in 1859 in Nottingham to Mary Oliver( born 1828 in Tutbury and died 1898 in Derby) then had children in Darley Abbey , Hannah 1861 , Amos 1863 and Mary 1868. On 1881 census Mary is a farmers widow living at 54 Macklin Street St Werburgh DERBY.
    In 1864 Bagshaw Hugh is a farmer at Darley Abbey St Alkmund.

    Primitive Methodist Church Harringay Middlesex North London Emily Harriet Jeffries born 23rd January 1892 Trained as a cert nurse at Nottingham General Hospital in 1922 then went to the Methodist Missionary in Northern Rhodesia where she stayed for three years and laboured as a medical missionary following this she went to Cape Province Africa for four years. 
    Emily Harriet Jeffries married William H. Bent Cabinet maker on July 7th 1932 at Primitive Methodist Church Harringay Middlesex North London In 1947 they returned together to Cape Provence William Bent worked as a cabinet maker for GO.Parks cabinet makers in Knysna National Forest South Africa In 1965 they returned to the England Emily as a local preacher Emily died October quarter 1971.
    William Henry Bent was born 5th September 1899 he died December 1974 King Edward VII Hospital Midhurst Chichester District they had no children
