  1. 1841 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby Derbyshire.
1851 42 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire.

1871 19 William Street, St Alkmund, Derbyshire.
1881 20 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire
1884 Isaac Jeffries 90, local Weslyan Preacher having been born at Bobber's Mill Nottingham in the year 1797.He practiced as an apprentice in Basford before going with his master as a journeyman to London where he entered the Methodist body. In 1835 he joined the King Street circuit Derby.
  2. 1841 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby Derbyshire.
1851 42 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire.
1861 42 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire.
1871 19 William Street, St Alkmund, Derbyshire.
1881 20 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire
A family tree on Ancestry give Ann the maiden name of AKERS but at present have nothing to prove this is the case as another one give it as MOORE. There is a marriage as shown above for an Isaac JEFFREE  to an Ann MOORE who could be this couple at there first son was born in that area.
  3. 1841 Toll Gate, Roberts Row, Islington, Middlesex (possible - down as Isaac JEFFREY)
1851 New Street, All Saints, Derby, Derbyshire. Children Henry C aged 3 born St Werburgh Derby, Derbyshire and Isaac aged 1 born St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire.1861 Not found at present
1871 18 William Street, St Alkmund, Derbyshire. Children Isaac aged 21, Emma aged 15 a Scholar, Mary aged 14 a Scholar, Fanny aged 10 a Scholar and George aged 7 all born Derby, Derbyshire.
1881 18 and 19 Bakers Shop and House, William Street, St Alkmund, derby, Derbyshire. Children Mary aged 24, Fanny aged 20 an Assistant School Mistress and George aged 17 a Clerk to a Timber Merchant all born St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire.
We believe that this was another child of Isaac and Ann although he was born in London. He appears living in the adjacent property to his "parents" on the 1881 Census. On the 1851 Census it says he was born in Middlesex, I am told he was born in Lambeth as shown which is south of the River Thames and therefore in Surrey not in Middlesex.
1891 39 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire. Children Mary aged 34born Derby, Derbyshire, Anne aged 13 born Derby, Derbyshire, Then there is Charles J C WALTON son in law aged 28 born Weston, Bedfordshire and Fanny WALTON daughter aged 30 born Derby, Derbyshire, then Charles W WALTON Grandson aged 2 born Chesterfield, Derbyshire and Emma Granddaughter aged 1 born Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
  4. 1851 39 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire. I did not have Henry as a child of this family as he does not appear with them on the 1841 Census, however he kept coming up as he was born in Old Basford, Nottinghamshire. The IGI shows the baptisms for the first four children with Isaac and Ann as parents which includes Henry so as they were living in Derby I am certain this is a child of this family
1861 72 Abbey Street, St Werburgh, Derby, Derbyshire.
1871 27 Castle Gate, Newark, Nottinghamshire.
1881 26 and 27 Castle Gate, Newark, Nottinghamshire.
1891 27 Castle Court?, Newark, Nottinghamshire. With the family was a Walter S JEFFRIES Grandson aged 16 a Joiners Apprentice born Manchester, Lancashire.
1893 JEFFRIES Henry Charles of Castle-gate Newark-upon-Trent Nottinghamshire commission agent died 2 November 1893 Probate Nottingham 22 November to Samuel Hayes assurance superintendent and Isaac Jeffries Dudley dentist Effects £664 10s. 3d.
  5. 1841 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby Derbyshire.

As Sarah was born in Basford, Nottinghamshire, I believe this was Selina's sister.
    1861 Burton on Trent, Staffordshire
  6. 1841 William Street, St Alkmund, Derby Derbyshire.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
