There is a William and Jane HICKS and this address with a son Herbert H HICKS aged 8 born Ashwater, Devon, with them is  a Nephew William A MAYNE aged 3 born Linkinhome, Corwall. The birth place for Jane and William are not the same as the 1881 Census but are in Somerset and Devon. Because of Ashwater, Devon for the son and the name MAYNE for the nephew I do think it is the correct family.

    1901 27 Market Street, Torquay, Devon. (Down as born South Molton on this Census but on the 1911 at the same address he is down again as being born in Exmoor, Somerset.

    There is a marriage as shown in Bridgewater in 1889. Brent Knoll the place of birth for Elizabeth on the 1911 Census is in that district, so I think this was the marriage f this couple. If it is not FORD would not be Elizabeth's maiden name
