The fact that Edith MOODY was not on the 1891 Census allowed me to find the rest of the BOWLER family on the 1891 Census - Even though they were at the same address they are down as WOOD on Ancestry.com's indexing. It definitely shows as BOWLER. So Sophia was still alive with children still at home as marked and Edith as Granddaughter was with them whereas Alfred was with his daughter. (I see they have picked up the previous family on the Census as they were WOOD, I suppose as their was no head and Sophia is down as wife they have put all the family together, another thing to watch out for in the indexing of Ancestry. 1901 Census - 18 Tontine Street, Folkstone, Kent.
