  2. 1861 Sickle street, Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. Down as boarder was Samuel FLETCHER (down as Boarder but I believe father of Emily A) a Widower aged 61 a Bookkeeper born ??? Lincolnshire and Robert FLETCHER also a Boarder aged 25 a Mechanic WOOLLEN born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire.
    1871 Sickle Street, Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. Mary Ann was with her parents, down as married as Mary Ann MORTIMER aged 21 but her husband is not with her, but further down the same census page there is a Bettey MORTIMER aged 73 with a Thomas MORTIMER a son married aged 40 a Labourer born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire and Susan MORTIMER unmarried aged 33 a Worstead Spinner and then there is a Fred MORTIMER (two lines before and after him so by himself, down as Head aged 21 married a Plasterer born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. I think this must be the husband of Mary Ann.  (Now found on 1881 Census which proves I was correct with this Census) Bettey I believe to be his mother.
