1901 37 London Road, Northfleet, Kent. Charles ONYETT aged 42 Horsekkeeper (Groom) born Waboys, Huntingdonshire, Charlotte aged 38 born Meopham, Kent, George aged 13 born Ifield, Kent, Annie aged 11 born Gravesend, Kent, William aged 9 born Gravesend, Kent, Henry aged 4 born Gravesend, Kent, Ernest aged 3 born Gravesend, Kent and Charles aged 9 months born Gravesend, Kent.
1911 Census - 53 Gordon Road Northfleet, Kent. There was a Leonard ONYETT, Grandson, born 1906 Northfleet, Kent with the family.
  2. 1881 Durndale, Northfleet, Kent. Lodging with Robert ARNOLD (53) widower, Ag Lab born Sutton at Hone, Kent and his children Charlotte (18) and George (11) both born Meopham, Kent
I have found a Charlotte ARNOLD on the 1881 Census, born 1863 in Meopham, Kent. This is the only Charlotte who appears as being born in Meopham of the correct age and she is living in Northfleet, which makes it likely that this is the correct person. My sister has found that the first five children on the chart above were registered as ARNOLD and that the most likely marriage for Charlotte is in 1891, the children after this are  registered as ONYETT. There are two females and only one male on the BMD and Charles does not appear. I have looked at the whole entry for Gravesend for September 1891 and there are 101 entries, 51 females and 50 males so it would appear that Charles has been missed off the index.

NOTE - At the beginning of the line the name is UNNIOT and through the years it changes until today it is ONYETT. At present we are not certain as to when the name actually became ONYETT. As there are several variants in the spelling I have put the name ONYETT first on all the charts and then followed that with the spelling for that particular chart and indexed the whole line under ONYETT. ie ONYETT/UNYAT Chart 0700. The actual name as we have it appears for the actual people on the Chart.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
